Do you ship internationally?

How much time does it take to process an order?

The orders placed would be dispatched within 5 working days, from the day the order has been placed.

Once shipped, the order would take anywhere from 7-10 days depending on your location.

We do not ship internationally at this point in time but are working on it, as we speak. Stay tuned for an update from us soon!

What kind of gift options do you offer?

Due to the current scenario, we have temporarily disabled COD on our orders.

We have some gorgeous, zero-waste gift hampers that you can gift your near and dear ones. These could be for occasions like birthdays, baby showers or something as cute as a Mother's Day gift! Check them out in our here.

We do not have return or an exchange policy per se. Items once sold cannot be returned. However, in the unlikely event of item getting damaged during transit, reach out to us on within 10 days of receiving the product and you will be shipped a replacement.

Can I cancel my order?

We do offer free shipping for all orders above INR 1999/-.

However, do watch out for offers and SALE in this space or on our social media pages for some very cool discounts from time to time!

Shipping Policy:

Shipping is a flat rate of INR 60/- for up to 1 Kg weight.

After that the rate starts doubling per Kg.


You can cancel your order within 24 hours of having placed an order. Beyond that however, we would have already begun work on your order so it might be difficult to do so.

Do you have any sort of refill or bottle buy-back program available?

We provide refill programs for anyone in and around Pune. You can send us an email on, with your refill requirement and we'll let you know once your product is ready for pickup. Read more about it here
